Finally Dallas can to our home and agreed with our concern. At that time, Dallas told me what could be done to make it better, but wanted to wait until our contractor was finish with the other trim. Oue bathroom is now completed, I have called many times to tell Dallas the bathroom was done. Each time he was not available so I left voicemails telling him we were ready. He has never returned my calls. After 2 months, I feel he is ignoring me. My advice to anyone purchasing their product, do not pay the full amount until you are completely satisfied with the job. I never thought they would treat their customers like this.

Helped find something that had multiple tones which worked well throughout the areas. The staff person helped steer me to a good quality produvt and the price was reasonable.
