    He was very, very knowledgeable about his work kept us informed what he was doing and he seem okay with me looking and sking questions!!! I really enjoyed having him in our home!!! He should get a raise for all the people he has to deal with!

    Still a new Install so no long term feedback, but the staff that came out were respectful, communicative, and professional. They explained the setup and how to control the water flow for my soft water system. The service staff after the fact has been very responsive as there was an issue with one of the sensors. Had to edit to add that Andy was also phenomenal and very communicative. He took time to explain everything in detail and I never felt like he was rushed or didn't have time for me. I also didn't feel pressured or pushed in any direction as far as product or sales. Very very well done
