I appreciated the detailed quote that gave us the exact model we'd be getting, and even an AHRI number, so I could look them up for comparison. The quote also had a good variety of options for efficiency versus cost to let us choose what we wanted. None of our other quotes had the same detail and variety of options. We ended up getting a high-efficiency heat pump installed for the same price that others were quoting for less efficient models. The install team was very efficient, getting the old system removed and the new one installed in half a day. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and they did quality work.

I appreciated the quick help when the house was too cold!
