  I chose Mad City Windows because I wanted a company that specialized in the Midwest region and I couldn't be happier. I purchased new windows for my home and they are beautiful and professionally installed. My crew team Zach and Lucas, showed up on time and prepared to work. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, were respectful of my time and my home, friendly, and knew what they were doing! I also appreciated that a project manager dropped by before they were done just to check in and make sure everything was going ok. That is the kind of quality customer service that is hard to find anymore. Would highly recommend!

  PHIL AND LOGAN WITH MAD CITY WINDOWS UPDATED OUR KITCHEN OF ALMOST 30 YEARS WITH NEW COUNTER TOPS, NEW CABINET DOORS, NEW KITCHEN SINK AND LOWERED AND WIDENED OUR BAR BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND DINNING ROOM. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED WELL TOGETHER AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB EVEN WHEN THEY RAN INTO PROBLEMS, THEY FIGURED IT OUT. I WOULD HAVE THEM WORK IN OUR HOME AGAIN. VERY PLEASED WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT AND HAVE HAD A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE FINISHED LOOK. THANKS!!

  Zach and Casey were at our house this week replacing four large picture windows, and they did an outstanding job. They were professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer our questions along the way. The work turned out great, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Zach and Casey to anyone looking to have window work done.

  We made an appointment with a guy at the door and then he called his office. We made an appointment with them on the phone and then they voice mailed me and left a message and told me to call back. I think that two appointments made in one day. I didn't need to call and make a third one. They never showed they were supposed to come at 10:00 a.m. and they never showed.

  This company is working on a house next to mine. Their trucks keep using my driveway and driving through my yard. The driver is uncommunicative and the company will not answer their phone. Multiple different workers coming, day three of the work. They are spending quite a bit of time sitting in the truck on the phone. The man installing the bathroom left a pile of wood outside last night in the rain and is using the soaked wood as part of the install today… would avoid!
