  We recently moved to Westgate and had Tony at Eyman service our HVAC and John serviced our Water Heater and installed a new water softener, very pleased at the Five Star level of service and they were so cost conscious, Great service and we are very pleased, I highly recommend for all future needs

  I cannot express how thankful I am to have an honest plumber like John service my water heater. I had another company come and not even look at the broken part or mention but attempted to upsell me for several things I did not need. John asked me questions before he arrived. He knew right away what the problem was. He came prepared and fixed my water heater perfectly! The price was great!

  I hired them to install an RO system under my kitchen sink. The plumber decided to use the water line from a prior installed filter that was there rather than using the water line that came with my filter. About an hour the splice blew apart, and flooded my kitchen, ruined my hardwood floors and flooded into my basement. The company said there was nothing they could do. They suggested the part that the slice was made with came with my kit, and therefore they couldn’t guarantee the work. I have no way of knowing or proving one way or the other. I thought it was a questionable way to install it and I very much regret ever using Eyman plumbing. It is a poor craftsman who blames the tools.

  Needed drains cleared since grandchildren coming to stay. Scott was friendly, efficient and fast. Advised me that two sink drains and shower drain cleared. Didn’t try to upsell like others would. Advised on my tub replacement (a do it yourself job) and to contact Eyeman for valve replacement (not a do it yourself job). As an aside over a decade ago Eyeman worked on our business condo in Regency and did a great job. Thanks Scott!

  Late night issue when our sump pump went out,,, Friday night at that. 😀 our dispatched tech, Sheldon, did a great job and fully knew the concern as we headed into the weekend. He had us fixed and safe quickly and I spotted the quality workmanship as well. My wife was calmer knowing we were safe from any flooded basement issues within just a few short hours. Even though this was a late weekend priced visit the peace of mind is greater than any cost.
