  I would not recommend this Mad City solely on their sales pitch. We had an appointment for a "no obligation" quote and unfortunately my husband was called into work and wasn't able to join. Upon arrival the salesman had to call and see if that was okay, quite ridiculous. I am more than capable of making a decision for the household. The sales pitch lasted an hour and I felt like I was being tested. "We do things this way, can you tell me why you think we do?" At that point, I already decided I wasn't interested in this business. He also was bashing other businesses, another reason not to do business with them. All we need is a shower and tub replaced and they quoted $17,000 but said for "today only it'll be $12,500". He pressured me to call my husband to get the ball rolling. No obligation? Nothing like high pressure sales. Highly over priced and pushy salesman.

  .Zach and Cody did an exceptional job installing my windows. They were courteous and knowledgeable about their work. They even went the extra mile by cleaning up afterward, including washing my windows. It’s reassuring to have such skilled workers in our workforce. Mad City should be proud of having them as employees and should consider giving them a raise. That would be a great bonus! A special shoutout to Tanner for her excellent explanation of the insulation of the windows, their materials, and why they are among the best products available.

  Zach and Cody did a great job overcoming some obstacles installing windows for me. It's a 60+ year old house with some odd construction around the windows. They figured it out and put in a very long Friday and came back on Saturday to get them all installed. They even had some additional help from other crews that were done on their Friday jobs. I really appreciate their tenacity and professional approach to getting the job done. I really like the look of the windows and couldn't be happier!

  Mad City Windows has an exceptional product, that is, there installation crew. Yes, Mad City does have an amazing array of products for sale but there biggest asset comes down to the employees whom they depend on mostly. The three individuals that did the installation at our home were Zach, Lucas and Cody. The craftsmanship, cleanliness and most of all their respect for our domain/house was paramount. Very respectful as to informing us of their schedule to be here right down to the departure schedule. The finishing details were exacting and clean. The final product is amazing. This is a testament to the installers, Zach, Lucas and Cody along with the windows that were installed.

  Very shady tactics on the consultation appointment. HUGE red flags. I will not be using Mad City. **EDIT** my reply to your comment: You want me to contact you. I tried to contact you before writing my Google review. The representative who came to my home did not give me a business card. She did not put her name on the blank paper that had the quote. That paper simply has your logo. No address, no phone number, no email, no human names. She only put her initials, TO. I went to your website. You do not have a customer service email. You do have phone numbers. I called, those reps stated you do not have email addresses. I find that very hard to believe. The rep who came to my home did not follow up with a text, email, or phone call. I gave you the whole story on the survey link you sent to me.
