  What a great experience we had with mad city- highly recommend! We had three different companies come out and pitch their product and give estimates and we chose mad city. Drew did a great job explaining the product and process. Once we chose to move forward with the project the customer service team was great and did an excellent job following up and scheduling an installation date. Oscar came out and did the project. Both Drew and Oscar did an excellent job with communication and customer service. Oscar was so professional with the install and even took the time removing a cabinet that I was not able to remove myself. He was so professional and clean. My bathroom looks amazing- more than what I expected. He took the time to go over everything with me. I am so impressed and highly recommend. I would give a thousand stars if I could. Thank you mad city- excellent team work!!

  One of the worst sales experiences I’ve had. I called for a simple quote to replace a rarely used basement shower. The salesperson arrived and insisted on a full hour-long presentation, even after I repeatedly said I didn’t have time and just wanted the quote. He pushed hard on the company’s benefits throughout. The final quote came in at over $14,000—which felt extremely high for the job. When I said no, he continued pressing and wouldn’t leave promptly, making the whole visit very uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a straightforward, no-pressure quote, this isn’t the company for it. I’d recommend shopping around.

  As new homeowners, my husband and I decided our first big project would be getting our master bath redone. I put out feelers, and I believe I got Mad City's information from Angi. This company is very very very consistent on their phone calls and emails and texts. It was almost too much - even after we went with them, I'm still getting phone calls, texts, and emails. While it was on the way pricier side, we really loved the 2 life time warranty. No worries about if any problem occurs, as they will be around to fix it. Day of, Pete did an amazing job. A one man show! He was very courteous and left no mess. Can't thank him enough!

  MAD CITY OMAHA consists of a team of professionals from sales person to contractors , supervisors and plumbers. They are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They use quality stuff and make sure the job is done to perfection. I would have given 5 stars if the scheduling for starting was made clear from the very beginning . It took them a month to give me a date for installation. But once they started they took care of mold issue, installation was done to perfection and they kept the area clean . Even after the project completed they helped me with fixing a major drain issue. Thanks to Tim, Jim, Jessy , Keith and Sales person Brett. I would highly recommend them for shower remodeling.
