- JPJustin PedersenFeb 28, 20261.0I simply needed them to check the anode rod on the water heater. I made that clear when calling to schedule the appointment. Instead, they showed up with a water heater hoping to sell me a new one, no replacement anode rod, and NO TOOLS to actually pull an anode rod. They did not bring an appropriate socket or socket wrench so we had to improvise a solution. Then the dude struggled with 'righty-tight lefty-loosey' and really wrenched it tight before figuring out he was turning the wrong direction. $225 and over an hour of my time for what should have been a 20 minute task.
