Good employees and company Update- something came up on another related part after they fixed my valve. Came over next day to tweak which I gladly paid bc it was minimal. Charged over $1000 for this determination and did not solve the problem as the contractor took responsibility. Taking over three hours (!) @$300 per hour to do this assessment seems excessive to me and the MUD contractor agreed. Firm refused to reduce the amount owed.
