- WFWI FEYDec 10, 20241.0A deeply troubling and unsafe incident that occurred recently involving Mike, the Plant Manager. On today, Mike was operating a company box truck when he blatantly disregarded a stop sign and sped through an intersection. Upon being made aware of the violation, rather than taking responsibility, Mike abruptly exited the vehicle and walked away from the scene. He left the truck in the middle of the road without any hazard lights, creating a dangerous situation for other drivers. To make matters worse, Mike proceeded to stand and stare me down in a threatening manner, further escalating the situation. I have attempted to bring this matter to the attention of Bernie, yet despite multiple attempts, I have received no response. This level of negligence and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, not only for the safety of the public but also in terms of the company’s overall conduct. It is clear that safety protocols and proper leadership are severely lacking, which raises serious concerns about the standards upheld by your business. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue, as it undermines any trust or confidence I had in your company. If such behavior continues, I will have no choice but to reconsider any future dealings with your business and will actively advise others to do the same.
