I googled, I looked for local family business, I read reviews and I chose Gretna Plumbing & Drain service…. From the beginning of the call, John was extremely helpful and compassionate… He was able to do a quick diagnostic on the phone and set a plan in motion…. In less than 1 1/2 hrs I had a response team and complete fix, clean up and complete communication about what was needed done , what was done and what the future looked like…. Then John called back to follow up on how things went and make sure we were good… this is what Nebraska looks like…. Hard work, and compassion, it was like I called a close friend to help. First impressions last forever and our family will continue to use Gretna Plumbing & Drain for all future work. Thank you Brady and Chance for making my Saturday better…and “draining” our issue..😎

We were selling our house so “needed to be a licensed professional” fist bill was for $1000 .. this shouldn’t have been more than a $15 part and less than an hour of work. I called they said it was a mistake but was still $600 claims it to be 2 hours worth of work. Would not recommend.
