    Extremely over priced. Had a simple fix that was already prepped and ready for fix. We were selling our house so “needed to be a licensed professional” fist bill was for $1000 .. this shouldn’t have been more than a $15 part and less than an hour of work. I called they said it was a mistake but was still $600 claims it to be 2 hours worth of work. Would not recommend.

    I’ve had these guys out to my house a couple of times over the years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Every visit has been a great experience — they’re always friendly, honest about what actually needs to be fixed, and they get the job done right the first time.
