He tried to help us over the phone but we ended up asking him to come out anyways. He was very helpful, polite and professional. He even waited a while to make sure that no more would go off. On Monday they called me to inquire about my situation. They came right out to quickly replace all of our smoke detectors. They were, again, very polite, helpful and professional. We appreciate their wonderful help immensely.
