  My wife and I just moved into our home that was built by Malibu. Mike was always willing to work with us from the moment we first met him and he showed us our lot and is still helping after we’ve moved in. The foremen, Devin and Aaron were great communicators for the duration of the build and we’re always available. Renee and Sarah were very detailed and were always willing to explain an invoice or answer a question. Sheila and Erika were irreplaceable when it came time to make selections and the overall design of the house. Would recommend this team 10 out of 10 times, we couldn’t be more happy with how our house turned out or how seamless and FUN the entire process was.

  My experience with Malibu Homes was an exceptional one. The owners of this company and their staff are very professional and provide the attention to detail that one expects in a custom home. The construction superintendents (Aaron and Devin) are always available to answer questions and even though I know from personal experience that no building is perfect, the people at Malibu make every effort to build a home as if it were their own. Their motto "Building Together" is just that. They provide great communication throughout the entire building process!
