- VVVickiOct 21, 20255.0Follow up on this review -- The issue was resolved. The company was very kind to issue a refund for the amount we were charged in excess of what we were quoted over the phone. For their attention to customer satisfaction and for their follow-through I would definitely use this company again. This review is not for the technician. it is for the company. I was told TWICE that we would be charged $89 for them to come out and that this fee would pay for them to find our exterior shut-off valve. I actually called back after speaking with another company to make sure I had understood correctly that we would only be charged $89 if they could find it within a reasonable amount of time. They said they would call MUD and that should help it to be found easily, so $89 would be the total fee. When the rep came out, he was only here for 30 minutes - and charged us $174. Not happy - and will not be calling Birge again.
