They did discount some of the additional costs, but only after a very tense conversation. If the project is simple, they would probably do a good job, but I'd be hesitant if the project is complex. The owner didn't complete everything he said he would in the initial bid, and complained about doing part of the work we originally discussed . Overall, there were several problems though, and I'm not really thrilled with the work.
