My roof was damaged by hail back in April of 2025; I called around for quotes and Schoen sent Dustin to my house the next day. Dustin spent an hour looking at my roof, siding, and gutters and then spent another 30 minutes explaining how everything would work; other roofers spent no more than 10 minutes total at my house. They made sure to keep "on top" of subcontractors to make sure the full scope of work was complete which was nice but unexpected; too often we (consumers) are left to deal with the mess. I was very happy with Schoen and will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I decided to go with this group because of the Google reviews, and I figured 1,200+ people can’t be wrong—and they weren’t. In full transparency, we did have a few hiccups during installation; however, this only made the experience feel even more deserving of a 5-star rating. The issues were quickly addressed, communication was clear, and our satisfaction was fully restored. Sometimes when there are multiple hands involved in a project, you may need to speak up—but when we did, they listened and took action immediately. You get what you pay for and your paying for a quality job and quality people. Overall, the professionalism, accountability, and follow-through truly set this company apart. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a team that stands behind what they do.
