  Josh with FM Home & Patio was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to build a beautiful new deck. The crew he had on-site were a professional hard working crew, that within just 3-4 days removed the old deck and had the new one back up. I plan to have his crew do another deck for me in the spring. Thanks.

  Josh and his crew were great to work with when deciding what we wanted done to our old existing deck. They were fast and the deck looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend FM Home & Patio!

  I have used Josh for several projects ranging from simple wood decks, to beautiful maintenance free decks. Before you check the box for the builder to sub out your deck, get a quote from Josh. We got a 12X12 deck, with better wood, for the same price the builder was going to charge for a 10X10 deck made from pine. Decks have been done in a timely manner and Josh was quick to stop out and take care of a few small issues.

  They did a wonderful job installing our deck and were very quick and efficient. Josh was very responsive throughout the entire process and was helpful even on the last minute changes to our deck.

  We had a nearly catastrophic event with our deck after just one year of use. The posts were not secured to ANYTHING and had shifted so badly, that 75% of all three of them were just hanging in the breeze. We are thankful that this was discovered before the whole thing collapsed.
