If there is a challenge (such as getting the new material to fit into the less-than-squared existing walls) Levi is creative in finding solutions that resolve the problem beautifully. His pricing is ethical; his work is efficient and he is exacting with his use of the materials. He avoids materials waste, but also always takes aesthetics into primary account. The final appearance of the project is quite professional. Importantly, he communicates very well about what he will do, is in the process of doing, and about the results of his work. He answers consumer questions thoroughly without being upset. He is always friendly, communicative, and honest. We have other projects we hope he will help us with in the future.
