A tech came out and replaced a wire on the overhead unit which fixed the issue. The company sent a bill, and when questioned about the bill they stated it was a photo eye issue not covered under warranty. Luckily, there were security cameras on the property. The bill was dropped shortly after the video was circulated. Customers should not have to jump through hoops the prove what repairs were actually made are warranty repairs.
