Could lift the door to get out so I called PS Door. The service manager told me they were booked but after I told him what time I had to pick up my granddaughter he asked me what time. I told him and they were at my house 15 minutes early ! In the time I went to get my granddaughter and get back home they even had it repaired. Can't remember the name of the service man who came but he couldn't have been better. Talk about great customer service. As far as my experience I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.
