They came out and replaced my upper level windows and patio door. They did such a great job on all of that! Great people, great company, great price, and great service! Our installer was Derek, and he did an incredible job. Every window looks just great. He did one room at a time, from tear-down to installation to clean-up, and the moved on to the next room. Derek was very personable, answered all of our questions, and ever tolerated me watching to see how it was done the right way. What woodwork that was completed at the shop looked and fit just right. Derek did complete the frame for the large picture window on site, and and went in as it should Jim and Jordan from the front office checked in daily to make sure we were all on the same page. We are very pleased with the people and product from WindowWorld, and can certain give a very good recommendation.
