While we didn't end up scheduling anything tonight, his knowledge of his products, friendly nature and honesty were absolutely impressive. Had we not had other home improvement-related issues that we ultimately decided were more important, we would have moved forward based on our experience with him alone, and we likely will be working with Mad City in the future. Absolutely 10/10, Parker is an asset to this company! Edit: I just wanted to update this review and say that my wife and I did decide to move forward with window replacement with Mad City! Ethan came back out to discuss options further and we couldn't be more excited!
