I received a call from Andrew after another person was unable to make my appointment a few months before. He was apologetic that my other appointment never happened and said he was helping out for that guy now. We made an appointment. He called the day of the appointment to let me know he was leaving town, apologizing if he may be a few minutes late...he wasnt. He quickly tested all windows and found each to be good. While he was doing that we discussed other possible causes and he mentioned that i could make an appointment for doors and my bay windows. I did not know the company did either. He was the embodiment of amazing customer servicr and sales even. I hope he keeps covering for the other guy. He actually is management material in service or sales.

He even gave me excellent advice on what to do with the places he could feek air coming through and help with the front door issue. Alot of knowledge quickly and with a smile. The appointment was very beneficial to me and my windows, which had been put in before I pirchased my home, still like new. No leaks at all. He kept in touch on his way to the appointment to let us know he was on his way, was here on time, and very efficient.
