The project had several unexpected challenges with the first installation needing significant improvement, then later finding out that the windows ordered were too small, and finally the second set of replacement windows ended up being too big, requiring modifications to the openings. That said, I’m only entertaining 5 out of 5 stars because of the outstanding work and professionalism from Victor and Alex at Manuel Made Labor (the second installation crew). Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. They treated my home as if it were theirs, installed the windows flawlessly, incorporated the smallest of details vs. just getting the job done, and cleaned up afterwards. If I could, I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars. On the Window World side, I appreciate Daniel, Jordan, and Jim for their communication and commitment to making things right despite the challenging situation they were put in. Despite the complications, they stayed engaged and ensured the project was completed to a high standard.
