From the large, supply chain issues, to the small, like common decency in scheduling, the ball will be dropped. And when you are writing huge checks because of their failing, you will remember this. If you rely on them for an elevator or service, you are likely to run yourself out of business. They do not hold up the worldwide standards of TK, who I've used in many buildings around the world. This is strictly a local issue, which is why you will be surprised about their many, expensive, failings.
