    Had a great experience working with Terry and the team. Honest and very knowledgeable about the problem and presented options to repair. I cannot recommend Precision enough. I came home after the work had been done and it looked as if no one was there. Fantastic job!!

    PCCI did a wonderful job installing a new egress window in my home (in the dead of winter no less). The crew was very professional and experienced. The project manager (Terry Jr) was good to work with and ensured that the work was completed on time, on quality and on budget. 10/10 would recommend.

    Terry Leabo recommended a bunch of work that didn't need to be done to our foundation and would have led to damage to our addition. We consulted with two other contractors and they both agree our foundation was structurally sound. He didn't even understand what part of our foundation was providing the support to the addition, yet he wanted to jack up our addition and "repair" the foundation.

    After having issues with water seeping (and even running) into our basement almost every spring for 9 years, we were ready to give up on ever having a finished basement again. We called Precision Concrete Cutters, and Terry came out, gave us an estimate, and told us exactly what we needed to have the problem solved. We did our project in September 2014, and we have had a dry basement since! The guys were very professional, friendly with our kids and neighbors, protected our yard while they were working, and cleaned up at the end. Terry communicated with us throughout the project, so we knew what was going on. We also had two egress windows installed, which helped us out with the resale value of our home. We would recommend Precision Concrete Cutters to anyone looking for basement repair solutions!
