Tried them out for a water heater replacement. Great communication from their dispatch; professional, clean, prompt service from the technician. One recommendation was made to add an additional shut-off valve, which is something I had also noted. Outside of that single suggestion, no sales add-ons were recommended. I had to leave, and all of my "please do this before you leave" requests were followed. Overall great service, we will absolutely be using them again! We did call them again for a low-pressure faucet. When the technician arrived, the issue was found to be homeowner idiocy, lol. So he walked me through fixing it myself. And didn't even charge a service call (which i tried to pay, because I felt really dumb). He was soooo nice. This absolutely sealed the deal that Northstar will be our plumbing/drain go-to going forward.
