  The crew was very professional, arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. They took pride in their work. Also they were very personable, genuinely good guys. They were here 4 days, so we got to know them especially Isaac. We enjoyed having them around Thanks to all for a great experience.

  Aggressive, High-Pressure Sales & Outrageous Pricing - AVOID! I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the extremely unprofessional and alarming sales tactics I experienced with this company. My consultation was deeply uncomfortable, and I would strongly advise staying away. The sales representative who visited my home was incredibly belligerent and used high-pressure tactics from the start. The "consultation" lasted for two long hours. When I tried to end the meeting and politely asked him to wrap up the sales pitch, he repeatedly talked over me and simply would not leave. I had to ask him to leave my home multiple times. He refused to take "no" for an answer and continued his aggressive pitch. The entire experience felt coercive, and I genuinely felt uncomfortable and threatened in my own house. This is not a professional sales visit; it's a high-pressure trap. After enduring this two-hour ordeal, I was quoted an astronomical price of $15,000 for a single patio door. To confirm my suspicions, I sought a second opinion. I ended up having the exact same job completed by a trusted, quality local contractor for $4,000. This company's quote was nearly four times the price of a reputable competitor. This company's practices are, in my opinion, dishonest. They rely on aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics to trap customers and then quote prices that are wildly inflated. Please save yourself the time, stress, and money. Look elsewhere.

  We had Mad City replace all of our bedroom and bathroom windows and I couldn't be happier with the results! The entire process from sale to installation to completion check in was flawless and so easy! Not only did Rian take the time to figure out exactly what our house needed, he also figured out how to make it work financially for our family. The installers were professional and friendly, timely and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and did a full walk through before they left. After it was all done, they called me to check in and I had nothing bad to say! I would absolutely recommend Mad City to anyone looking to remodel parts of their house! You will not be disappointed!
