I told the salesman at the door I was not comfortable committing to an estimate until I talked to my husband and he said he would make an appointment anyways, and that we could cancel it after talking to my husband if he was not interested. I called the number I had, spoke to someone who was able to pull up our appointment details and confirmed that this was canceled, and they still sent someone to my house, when I was alone with my child without my husband there. At my door I told the man I had canceled this and that my husband was not interested, and he then had to call a dispatcher who had the nerve to ask if they could still come inside my home since they had this young man drive all the way out there. The aggressive sales tactics of this company are disgusting and uncomfortable. Would give 0 stars if I could just for customer service no matter what the quality of their remodeling skills may be. I am sure the employees who came to the door are kind people just trying to do their job however those above them making these decisions and instilling this aggressive approach are truly terrifying and made this whole experience not personable or comfortable at all.

The gentleman that came was very kind, considerate and did an amazing job. We were very happy with the job it looks absolutely amazing. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel.
