He took a couple of minutes to look at the situation and provided me with a reasonable quote. When I asked how soon could I get it done, he responded, Let me check a few things and I'll let you know." He made a quick call from within 5 minutes told me he could install it right now! I had a brand new outlet within an hour. He cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming the carpeting and the top of my mantle and was on his way. Very friendly, top notch service! I would highly recommend Laney's for your electrical needs.

The young guy accidentally broke the toilet when he over tightened the flange bolts but this was replaced promptly with a very good quality toilet. The made sure I could use the plumbing during the day on a multi day job. They were also very respectful about placing drop cloths and left no mess when they left. I would use Laneys for any future work.

Replacement of supply elbow for hand held shower was listed as “specialized plumbing repair” and parts and labor were $408 with a 12% discount for final price of$359. My invoice did not itemize the part and labor but Amazon price for this elbow is $30-40 which leaves one hour labor charge of over $300. I will definitely be looking for another plumbing service the next time I need one.
- CSC SullivanNov 10, 20254.0The Zone 2 release value on our furnace was stuck open and so the 3rd level of our house was over heating. Called on Thursday and due to staffing issues and large call volume we got put on a waiting list but they didn’t know when a technician would make it here. Said we would get called when our turn came up but they would work through the weekend. Didn’t hear back till 8:15pm Sunday night. We agreed to have them come out then because otherwise we would have to go to the end of the line if we waited till the next day. The technician showed up and figured out the problem and fixed it. We had worked with him in the past and was very good at his job.
