Had a bathtub faucet fixed and got a brand new water heater. Austin is the greatest!! Had him fix bathroom faucet and he detected the water wasn't very hot. Then he went to check my water heater and the bottom opening showed it was burnt out. Thank heavens because it could have started a fire. He was able to install a new heater the next morning. Laney's better treat him the best!!!!!

I've always had a good experience with Laney's and today was no different. Armas came out to tackle a clogged drain that has been tormententing me for months and not only did he do a great job getting that clog out, but he was personable and really great with answering my questions and working within the constraints of pets, ongoing meetings, etc. Professional, reliable, respectful, and just plain awesome. People like Armas is why I keep giving Laney's my business!

They came out to replace the pipes for our kitchen sink and snake our drain in our laundry room. While they were snaking the drain they discovered that the pipe had collapsed. They brought out another guy and spent most of the day digging up our floor to try and figure out how much pipe needs to be replaced. They didn't finish but they have been amazing and will be back tomorrow to hopefully finish up. This was definitely not what we were expecting but they are doing everything they can to make it right and fix our plumbing as quickly as possible.

Called Laney’s early on a cold Sunday morning when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Matthew arrived within two hours, was professional and knowledgeable, and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes. The bill was only $150 — extremely fair for a Sunday emergency call. Honest, reliable service you can trust. Laney’s has earned my business for good.

Had Laneys replace a water heater that failed. The new one they put in is larger than the previous one and severely limited the access to the sump pump. They took no responsibility and just tried to sell us the tankless water heater for an additional $1,500 dollars (additional profit). I asked them to stand behind their word that they will replace the sump pump at their regular cost when the time comes, but they would not stand behind their word and would not guarantee a price. They also charged $3,500 for a 50 gallon water heater when BEST plumbing said they would do it for $2,000. Laneys is overpriced and untrustworthy. Please give your business to a company who deserves it, not Laneys.
