I walked in there with very little knowledge of plumbing looking to replace my entire shower valve and not only did they have what I needed to get the job done the associates were very helpful in explaining to me how to do the job as easily as possible. After going to Menards twice and being given the wrong set up for what I needed I came into Ferguson and was in and out in about 20 minutes with the confidence to do the job. I ended up having to go back later in the afternoon to get a larger backplate and again they were very helpful in helping me brainstorm ideas to solve my problem. Thank you guys very much. You have created a loyal customer for years to come. I will tell everyone I know to come to your shop anytime they need plumbing supplies!
