- SSScott.baier Scott2 days ago1.0DO N9T. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. YOULL CALL FOR THEM TO COME QOUTE THE JOB MANY TIME YIL YHE FINALLY COME. MINE WAS OVER 3 TIMES. ONCE AT THE JOB THE ONE WHITE TECH SENT WILL MAKE COMMENTS UNDER HIS BREATH HE DOESNT WANT TO DO THE JOB ANY HOW. SO YOU SAY SEND ME A QOUTE AND LETS GET IT DONE THIS WEEK. THE SAME MARLOW OR MARL8N GUY WONT CALL BACK FOR 2 WEEK DURING THAT TIME ANOTHER COMOANY CAME OUT THE BEXT DAY AND DID THENQORK RIGHT AFTER THEY ATE L7NCH IN TOWN. TOOK THEM 3.5 HRS TO C9MPLETW. BUT THIS C9MPANY WHENNI D9NT ANSWER THEIR CALLS FINALLY 2 WEEKS LATER SENDS A 700 PLUS BILL FOR DRIVING TO LOOK AT THE J9B. BUT NO WHERE ON THIER SITE DOES IT SAY YOU MUST PAY FOR THEIR OWN PEOPLE NOT WANTING TO DO THE JOB OR RESPOND IN A T8MELY MANNER. THATS HIGH WAY ROBBERY. I TRIED CALLING THE COMPANY TO SEE WHY THE BILL THEY DONT RESPOND. IM GUESSING I NEED TO POST THIS AND CALL THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OFFICE THIS COMING WEEK. AS YOU CAN SEE THEY DID NOTHING AND DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. THE PROBLEM QIRH THE DOOR THE 3 INCH WIDE SUPPORT STRUTS, ALL 7 WERENT INSTALLED. SO THE DOOR WAS TOO LIGHT FOR THE MOTOR. IT WAS OVER 110 LBS MISSING FROM THE GARAGE WEIGHT. WOW. SIMPLE FIX THE OTHER COMPANY FIXED. THIS ONE ACTUALLY SAID I NEEDED TO BUT ALL NEW MOTOR AND DOOR FROM THEM. BEWARE

I explained to her that doesn't mean if the faulty thing was working for three yrs it makes it perfectly its still faulty until it gives up. Anyway useless to argue. Kept on getting the invoice almost every 2 weeks until i paid.
