He was kind of rude and didn’t seem to have a handle on his job, which made getting help a hassle. The worst part was watching him get upset and yell, even cursing at customers in the store. It was awkward and honestly off-putting. I’d expect better from Ace, and I hope they sort this out. For now, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
