  Great customer-centered company! From consultation to installation, Window World was a pleasure. Prior owners used Window World (50+ windows/2004), so I kept with the brand - and I am glad I did. Everyone with whom I interacted was a seasoned professional. The installers are adept at everything involved with new window installation, including fabricating matching siding. I love the new slider, which replaced three, old fashioned, double hung type. Excellent and beautiful update for the modern kitchen and much more affordable than other brands for the average home owner. I whole heartedly recommend Window World of Eastern Carolina!

  We purchased new windows for our entire house. 18 total. Our salesman Greg Stokes was great. Communication was fantastic before and after our sales appointment. Pricing was better than expected. We were told it would take 6 weeks for the windows to come. 4 weeks later we got the call to schedule installation right away. Eloy Mandoza and his crew arrived on time and did an amazing job on the installation. They are the definition of efficient and clean. It only took one day to complete the entire installation. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!! Jerry & Dede

  We needed a few new windows when we bought our home—the originals were outdated and no longer available. After doing some research, I came across Window World, and what really stood out was their exceptional customer service and lifetime warranty. That level of coverage gave me confidence, so I didn’t feel the need to shop around. We also needed a new storm door, and Gary came out to assess everything. He was professional, honest, and upfront about pricing from the start. Even with our older windows and paint, he was able to accommodate our needs and match everything surprisingly well. True to his word, our windows and storm door were delivered within six weeks. The crew that came out to do the installation was great as well—professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. The whole process was smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

  The Javier’s group was very efficient, respectful , they had teamwork and did all around good job and they made their time worthwhile by consistently working until the job was finished. Each employee were very, respectful and courteous. Thank you.

  From the salesperson Gary, to the double check measurement taker and installation crew, we are Very Pleased with the worrk and Products. We replaced 5 windows that were the only ones that were still the old original wood with aluminum storm windows & 1 new Custom size stormdoor. It's so much Brighter in our living room now. Our Only complaint would be that the installers did not call when they were on their way, as we were told they would. They actually were here a few minutes earlier than the first 'window for arrival'. Cleaned up Everything, inside & out. A Phenomenal job, Well Done 👏 ✔️ 👍 😃😄
