Our staff has a combination of over 90 years of experience in the flooring industry, and it shows in our friendly in-store atmosphere. The first piece of carpet had obvious defect in it. Was quickly replaced and installed along with the second room of carpet. The installers were phenomenal!!! Even vacuum the carpets when done. Unlike the company we dealt with in Edenton a year ago they barely picked up the trash they created. If you want a highly professional perfect project done give elite a call.

Josh Hutchens is knowledgeable, helpful, and available; he stays on top of things. The veteran installation crew was efficient and thoroughly professional. Two thumbs way up, no complaints.
