  Leak. It's one of the last things a homeowner wants to hear. We were referred by a good neighbor and friend to PF plumbing. They were able to squeeze us in almost immediately. Jarrett and Dakotya came to our house right on time. They were able to look at the leak, assess damages and needs fairly quickly. They used foot covers and were very respectful and professional. They didn't talk down to me and explained exactly what was needed. They gave me different options with different price points. There was absolutely no pressure to do or buy anything. They were very very kind. When you're stressed about your home, that's really what you need. They made an appointment to do the actual work and showed up right on time. Took care of the problem expeditiously and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with my service! Would highly highly recommend to anyone who's looking for top level, courteous service. Was it cheap? No, but nothing good is and good workmanship when it comes to your home is worth every penny. All in all, very happy!

  PF Plumbing provided outstanding service. Brandon Sylvester was courteous, highly skilled, and worked very cleanly. He quickly found the issue and fixed it much faster than expected. The professionalism, efficiency, and quality of the entire visit were excellent. I would definitely use PF Plumbing again and highly recommend their team.

  I am extremely satisfied with overall performance. Ryder came out and was very thorough in explaining my options. He was informative and efficient. We had our hot water heater replaced and Ryder did an excellent job!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with his service.

  Friendly and thorough. Uncertain about the specifics of what was quoted in the Estimate. Needs to know more about the product offered. That was my only concern especially at the price point quoted. Overall, I would not hesitate to call PF Plumbing again, it just didn't work out this time. They are highly recommended in my community.

  Brandon with PF Plumbing was outstanding. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and a great communicator! He quickly and efficiently assessed the issue with the clogged kitchen sink. He identified the cause of the ongoing clog - the old cast iron drain pipe between the sink and the newer PVC pipe in the basement. He ran us through the options and his recommendation. He clearly explained each as well as the pricing. Brandon did a great job replacing the under-counter pipes and tying-in to the PVC pipes in the basement. He cleaned-up after himself in both work locations. He had us review his work while he pointed out all of the work he performed. Brandon is a great ambassador for PF Plumbing and I would highly recommend Brandon Sylvester as well as PF Plumbing.
