Rick Nichols, our design consultant, did a great job walking us through all our options and keeping us in a price range we were comfortable with. The installers also did a great job and were very professional.

Installation was smooth and I was also looking to get the front door replaced but I could never get anyone to contact me with an estimate. My storm door was damaged in September and I reached out to have someone come and service. I still have not been contacted in any regard after submitting a claim. (It is now November) I would even understand if they had contacted me with a no, they can’t replace at this time or whatever the case may be. To have been ignored completely after a purchase leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I have been forced to go else where to get the door repaired. I only gave 2 stars versus 1 to be fair that the door is a quality product and the damage not a result of inferior or improper installation. Will not return even though I was also going to replace the windows on my house. Update: A representative reached out to me after posting this review and after a few more scheduling issues I can happily say my door has been repaired. I appreciate them reaching out and helping me get this resolved.
