  I started this project with Geoff, my sales rep. He was really helpful and assisted me in navigating options and design and took a ton of time with me asking me how I was going to use it and helping me envision the finished product. He helped me with paint color, talked to me about the way payment worked and permitting. He was super responsive. He was honestly the reason I went with the company because he is such a good representation of service. I did experience a few hiccups along the way-nothing huge but several folks in various roles were proactive and resolved my issues-making them a non issue. My shed is installed and fully paid for now and the whole experience was good. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. If you do, ask for Geoff!

  I recently spoke to Geoffrey at Tuff shed regarding the options available to me for extra storage that is badly needed! Great experience. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely feel like a Tuff shed purchase is the way to go!

  Working with Tuff Shed on the design and construction of my shed was a positive experience. The online configurator was a valuable tool to determine which options worked best for my application. Having a physical location nearby was a huge advantage. Meeting with Michael Black, the local rep, helped demonstrate the various options. Michael was able to give practical advice on selections which helped me finalize the spec prior to placing the order. The build was completed in a day. The installation team worked with me to confirm the installation preferences and left a clean site The installation was delayed slightly due to outside circumstances but again the local rep, Michael stepped in to ensure things got back on track. A very helpful and responsive team and a great product.

  Looked at Tuff Shed during the Greensboro Home Show. Met Bradley Massey and he was great to help us purchase the building we had been wanting. Due to restrictions, we had to have a building built and Bradley explained everything and took care of our order pretty much all afternoon at the show. I recommend Bradley to anyone who might be wanting a building in that area. We are very happy with the buildings construction and are already filling it up. Thanks Bradley!
