I told them I have an oil furnace they send someone that has no idea how to work on on and then wanted to charge me 700.00 to change an electrode will never do business with them again

Tim was amazing. He answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable, honest and supportive. He weathered my icy neighborhood road and driveway to get to my door on Friday! QRC will put in a unit for me when the time comes when my unit completely dies. I’m also impressed with how the company is run and how they take care of customers after installation. Jasmine was also very helpful and accommodating when I called for someone to come out. QRC will get my business and I will share about them as well.

Justin was great. He explained what was going on and that the unit was overridden and would be running 24/7 still neds to put in quote and be fixed. he let us know about RTU 2 problem as well. Thanks Justin! 5 stars would have been if he could fix it.

The next morning, my Heating And Air air-conditioning unit is still not working. It work for eight hours and it’s back to where it was and I am too old to be going up and down the steps in the basement when I pay a lot of money to get this done and it’s not done. I am not satisfied and I will be calling you back because it cost too much and didn’t get the service that I need and didn’t last no time

We had a great experience with QRC HVAC and Refrigeration - Residential Department. Our salesman , Chase, was easy to work with and did an excellent job laying out all of our options, which made the process simple and stress free. The installation team was very knowledgable and made sure everything was tidied up before they left. We highly recommend QRC and when we're ready to change out our other unit, we will definitely be calling them again.
