  Chase assessed my home to prepare a quote for a new HVAC system. He asked all the right questions, was super knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decisions. Great guy to work with!

  He was very nice and very experienced. He was able to show my managers pictures and gave explanations as to how something happened why something happened and what we can do to resolve it. He was quick and courteous. We love having them as our new lenders.

  I had Chase come to the house to go over what we wanted in a new heat pump. Chase was very comfortable in his job. He answered our questions , gave us some directions on an add on for our house. I totally was comfortable with him. I would recommend this group when investigating new units and friendly service. 5hey have on call help all the time.

  Worst company to work with, they create more problems and send you another quote with a higher price. Make you wait for days before the repair. We call them for HVAC repair in our business, and QRAC spent half a day and pulled out more faults. QRC sent another quote with double the dollar amount and promised to get parts next week, and the repair will be done. Next week, excuse that part has not arrived and will be coming next Wednesday. Part came, and I was informed that Oops it was the wrong part that arrived because their Manager ordered the wrong part. Finally, I cancelled their service and called another company and got our business HVAC repaired at half the price. Just be careful with them.
