  It was OK to pay $59 for the basic visit charge, but since the problem was that the plug was not correctly in the outlet, I was not expecting additional $130 for letting me know that. The technician insisted for it and I had to pay.

  On time, reviewed concerns, gave multiple options on how to address. Thorough, quick, detailed, well explained, completed repair quickly. They did a great job, took care of our concern. They were pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. Sold me on the yearly service contract pays for itself with proactive future assignment of our plumbing system. Great job, Thank you!

  The best plumbers ever! Thorough, thoughtful, precise and knowledgeable through the replacement of two hot water heaters and the repair of another’s mistakes regarding a toilet placement. Seriously, the best! Brandon is a super star!

  I received my water bill with a substantial increase. I contacted the Water Company and was informed I had a leak and what I had to do. I was recommended to PFPlumbing by my neighbors, they were pleased with their experience by the company. I made an appointment and established a time. Garrett Ernst arrived on time respecting my time. He was able to find the leak among other problems. They were rectified. Each repair was completed and the area was left spotless. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the Company and most of all their employee Garrett Ernst. I established a monthly plan with them. The work completed is guaranteed for two years. This says a lot about the company.
