- AAAshley AtkinsNov 22, 20251.0I placed an order for concrete 2 days before I needed it. Called and confirmed the day before and was given a 1 pm delivery time. We'll the day came for delivery at 1:30 pm they had not shown up nor called to say anything. I called to see what was going on. At that point I was told sorry it will be 2 pm hes loading now . Well 2:20 pm rolled around and still no concrete or a phone call so we called back. At that point I was told okay hes on his way. The driver did not show up until 3 pm. This was a waste of my time, the contractors time and my money. I paid my contractors to be there starting at 12:30 pm. I wasted money in labor due to Hartleys lack of communication. So what was the best deal and earned my business has now caused additional cost.

We love our contractor and have used him twice now for patios. However, I will NEVER again use anyone that uses Hartley Concrete. They have no consideration for others and their time. Time is money and they will never again get ours. Trust me, I will share this experience with everyone I can.
