  Gutter 2004 installed Gutter started popping undone 2x 2023, then 4x in 2024 when winds were present. Top gutter flapping off, hangers came undone. Called 3/14 Jenny said, Will talk to the team to schedule an appt. Emailed several times after that day to get a date set up. Jenny said "Death in family" back up scheduled time for customers. Said may take 2 weeks before anyone could come. Asked to schedule between 4/1-4/13. Jenny advised Lisa ( owner) indicated 4/12 with no time slot, but could be in the afternoon period. *Fee for service call 250.00!!. $ Warranty only covers if gutters get clogged*. Jenny called with an opening earlier than 4/12. :) Brandon/Antonio came and looked over gutter. Brandon asked if the gutter had been taken down? Seeing a few new screws in place. (not their screws. Note: My gutter had never been taken down. The 3 feet of fascia had rotted where the gutter was and my family pulled back the gutter a few inches to replace the rotted fascia. This was done about 4 years ago, no problems at that time with the gutters flapping or popping out of place. I didn't see all of the work completed by Brandon/Antonio. So I emailed to validate if any hangers were broke or just added screws as he had mentioned before exiting the property. Per Jenny I just spoke with Brandon and he stated the hangers were not broken they were loose due to previously being taking down.  So, he replaced/tightened the screws and popped the hood back in place . Not sure about what Jenny reiterated from Brandon evaluation since there has never been any issues with the exception of last year till now. 🤔 Setting the record straight!!

  Bassett's workers just finished installing new K guard gutters and I couldn't be more pleased with the crew and their work. They were early, efficient, and extremely polite and knowledgeable. I have heard good things about the product so my only concern was the installation...I am more than satisfied and would recommend this Company without reservation.

  Bassett installed my vinyl siding, gutters, and vinyl shutters in 2006. My front vinyl shutters have faded. I called periodically throughout 2013. Still calling in 2014 until July/August. I only wanted Bassett to supply with the color and paint which I was willing to pay for and have painted myself. I got the run around about them not being able to reach their manufacturing. They also insisted that I call the manufacturer which I would not (I am NOT the manufacturer customer, Bassett is). Bassett was paid in full and now they don't care to assist me. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
