  On October 23, 2018, Zack came to my home and wrote up estimate for cleaning and repair work to my K-GUARD gutters which "BASSETT" had originally installed several years ago. For the next two months I called TEN (10) times to schedule the work and each time was told the lady who did scheduling was out office but would be back shortly and would call me back. It is now May, 2019 and I still have not received a single call back. No call back but I "finally" get the message - "BASSETT GUTTERS AND MORE" IS A VERY POORLY MANAGED BUSINESS. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD READ ALL "REVIEWS" OF THIS COMPANY'S BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THE EXPERIENCES OF ITS CURRENT CUSTOMERS.

  Their customer service skills sucks ..my 14 year old was waiting on my boyfriend who was in the office picking up his check when she had to go to the restroom. She walked in to ask to go to the restroom and a female employee ( Lisa )actually had the nerve to yell at her and tell her she doesn’t work there so get out! Need I remind u she is only 14. She came out and told me and like any mother I said something to the woman (employee Jessica)who was rude to my child the woman proceeded to call me all kinds of inappropriate names and threatened to call the cops. This place is extremely unprofessional and will never get my business. What kind of company would allow a employee to yell at a child? I don’t care what kind of day she might have been having that was completely uncalled for! So if y’all still want them to work on y’all houses then that means y’all are ok with disrespectful people but not me. Especially when it involves a employee being rude to a child who hasn’t done anything to the company and was only wanting to use the restroom while waiting
