Not only are the prices lower than most of the building builders in this area, but the high quality of the construction is amazing. I have bought and constructed many homes in the past 30 years, but I have never seen such a high quality builder as Ashton Woods for the low price you pay. I highly recommend Ashton Woods for your next home. When I get ready to buy another home, I will only use Ashton Woods. From the sales agents to customer service, Ashton Woods is far superior to any builder that I have dealt with and from in the past 30 years. And I have bought, and lived in, at least different 7 homes using 7 different builders during that time period. Ashton Woods, you are a 5 star builder Keep up the fantastic job you're doing.
- SSSevdaMar 14, 20255.0We had been searching for a home in Raleigh for the past eight months and probably visited more than 50 homes across the area, including Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, and central Raleigh etc. However, the Clayton Ashton Woods homes were by far the most beautiful of them all. The moment we saw the home, we fell in love and decided to buy it immediately! The design is stunning, with impeccable details, a spacious layout, and a beautiful flat backyard in a lovely neighborhood. The home also comes with high-quality appliances, including a premium built-in oven and microwave, stovetop, and diswasher —an amazing bonus. We just purchased our first home here, and the entire experience has been nothing but a pleasure. Yesterday, we had our home orientation and met with the builder, who was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and walked us through every little detail of the house. The sales team was also fantastic, guiding us seamlessly through every step of the process. The home is not only beautiful but also came at a great price. While the swimming pool, park, and other amenities haven’t been completed yet, I guess they are expected to be finished by the end of the year, which is exciting. OVERALL, this has been a fantastic purchase, and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend checking out this community—100%!
