  Driver nearly caused an accident on the bridge cutting me off. If you can't handle a truck that size don't drive it. You put everyone else at risk. Memorial bridge 5:30 p.m. Tuesday March 31st.

  I have been a customer for over 20 years and the Southeastern team is the best hands down. This is a company that stands by their work and the products they provide. Recently an issues was discovered on my unit that was replaced recently. The team diagnosed the issue which was a manufacturer defect, ensured I had temporary heat and then replaced the defective part and got me up and running again. No hassles, no negotiating, they stand by their products and workmanship is top notch! Thank you!

  A great experience with Southeastern from start to finish! A recent failure with our cooling system prompted the purchase of two new heat pumps. Our residence utilizes two heat pumps; one for each floor. A large (5 ton) unit for main floor and a smaller unit (2 ton) for second floor. The large heat pump failed. Given repair cost, age and condition it made sense to look at replacement. In addition to replacing the main unit I explored bids to replace both units, as the upstairs unit was not performing well. I sought 3 bids. All vendors responded in 24 hrs. with a visit and detailed quote. One vendor, Southeastern, was linked with Costco and the Lennox brand. The Southeastern difference. The Southeastern distinguished themselves right out of the gate. First, in the initial assessment they pointed out a number improvements they would make to the existing infrastructure. The attention to detail was thoughtful and impressive. Second, the Southeastern bid included a generous discount to install both units. While the other vendors indicated they would ask respective owners about possible discount, it was not included in their quotes. Southeastern spelled it out. They won the bid. What happened next blew me away. I sent an email at 10:30 pm awarding the business. At 7:30 AM the next day I received a call from Johnny, the Project Manager. He said he would install a temporary unit to serve us until he could order the equipment and schedule the installation - AT NO COST! It was 90 degrees. My wife was elated! At 8:30 AM a service team was at our house installing the temporary. Talk about exceeding expectations. The installation was scheduled for the next week. The service team was polite, conscientious and skilled. They took care of the environment around their work areas, inside and outside of house. They used specialist for each phase of the job. HVAC techs handled the bulk of the install but a licensed electrician handled all of the wiring. At the conclusion of each install a supervisor was there to inspect the work, calibrate and test the units, and orient me to the operation of the thermostats. The whole experience was delightful and impressive. I highly recommend them!
