  This company has been nothing but a disappointment from the beginning. Their salesman David came out sold items he wasnt supposed, then his boss verified he would do it since David was no longer with the company. They sold us an unit that was too big for our home. Kept tripping our electricity. Then when they promised a rebate of $1000.00 we are only getting $150.00. Their new manager Caesar promised he would get all taken care of he did not. Tech came out and said they installed something wrong causing our unit to run constantly. They asked for all our bills from last year and this year they could see there was a big difference in price. Justin promised he would do something for us he did not we were just told by Kylie that was not something they did. This company is a bunch of promiser that never deliver go with any other company you would be much better off. If I could ge less than zero I would
