Great experience with the office and the field technician. All around A+ review. This is the 2nd time I've had to use them to replace a broken garage door spring, and both times have been easy, clean and efficient. Would recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Reagan is the best. He was very detailed and observant. He made sure that everything was working correctly. He's a kind soul. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Out of everyone I dealt with, Reagan knew his stuff and was on point.

I loved the confidence Wes had at the consultation. He was prompt with getting all the prices inquired for different style doors. He didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge on garage door maintenance and saved me from wasting unnecessary money on a new door. He explained my refurbished needs to get my door back up and running. Greatly appreciated that. He also educated me on signs of when a need door is necessary. Absolutely horrible experience. First we booked for a technician to come between 6-8 no one came. I called and was told they’d be there shortly. At 930 I had to call and reschedule because I had to leave. We rescheduled for 1-3pm so my husband could be up well Wes Fowler shows up outside of the window at 11 so I had to figure out how to wake up my husband while I was at work. And I specifically asked when making the appointment if I’d be charged for them coming out for the estimate on a Sunday they said no. Well Wes Fowler shows up tried to charge my husband $500 when my husband said no thank you we have to get other quotes he tried to force my husband to pay $69 just to come out. When my husband explained we asked and told it was free no charge at all Wes called my husband a scum bag. He got reported.
Now I believe it was Gloria that answered when I reported him and she was such a sweet lady. Actually the other two people I talked to on the phone were great but Wes was absolutely horrible and honestly shouldn’t be working in customer service if he is going to be like that
