Rick from the Wilmington Store, called ahead to confirm timing and site details before delivering the machines, which I really appreciated. When I wasn’t able to be on site during delivery, he followed up with another call and even took photos showing exactly where the equipment was placed so I would have peace of mind. After the job was completed and the building was unloaded, the team reached out again to make sure everything went smoothly. That level of follow-through and customer care really stood out. Overall, I’m very impressed with United Rentals’ professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. It made the entire rental process easy and stress-free, and I would definitely use them again.
