After an hour I called Clay, the person who set it up. He seemed unaware and fed me a bunch of senseless reasons about someone named Wes. I became frustrated and hung up before I exploded. Why does this company waste its money to advertise and then fumble a hot lead. From the other reviews I see here, their incompetence seems chronic. There are lots of other glass and window companies.
