- TSTony StultzMay 28, 20255.0I had a very good experience with Port City Land Surveying. I needed assistance locating two survey posts. Mr. Buie discussed with me that they were currently very busy and it would be about 4-5 weeks. In about 4 weeks he followed up and contacted me. He sent out two members of his crew. The two men he sent out to identify the posts were very professional and efficient. The invoice was in line with the estimate I received, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Buie and his crew at Port City Land Surveying.
- ESeric stricklandApr 26, 20241.0Be careful you are basically signing a blank check with some dishonest people fudging time. They charged me to do 3 lots on a neighbor property 1 having no corners touching my loat at all because the neighbors asked and they told him they would just do it becace they don't want to back to the office to be sent on another job to not be able to get started. They claimed 3 trip charges send competent people the fist time and you won't have this problem. I had the lot cleared and flags within inches of property line and still raced up additional charges for what I believe is for me paying for time not on my job. Proceed with caution! No discount was given I received an invoice and paid invoice price
