  Be careful you are basically signing a blank check with some dishonest people fudging time. They charged me to do 3 lots on a neighbor property 1 having no corners touching my loat at all because the neighbors asked and they told him they would just do it becace they don't want to back to the office to be sent on another job to not be able to get started. They claimed 3 trip charges send competent people the fist time and you won't have this problem. I had the lot cleared and flags within inches of property line and still raced up additional charges for what I believe is for me paying for time not on my job. Proceed with caution! No discount was given I received an invoice and paid invoice price

  They are not accepting any new business!!! I inquired about them surveying a small residential property and this is what they sent me back. "We are not accepting new jobs at the moment due to some large projects that we are finishing up. Thank you for your inquiry"
