  A technician did a diagnostic review at my home and replaced a fuse. Within days the system was not working again and a different tech came out and advised the entire system needed to be replaced. When I asked for a reduction in the original bill because of the technicians limited or misdiagnosis of my overall problem, the manager advised he fixed the problem at the time. When a technician diagnosis my system, I expect a full diagnosis and the entire problem and possible solutions to be presented to me. This only happened the second time a technician came out yet the manager still expects me to pay for the limited scope diagnosis of the original technician. I am extremely unhappy with the service and the attitude of the manager. I will never call them again. DO NOT USE.

  We had Lee come to do a maintenance check today. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We didn’t have the best experience with the previous company that we used, but seem to have found our new path forward - would highly recommend!

  Adam was a pleasure to work with on proposals for a new HVAC system. He took his time evaluating the existing system and presented options that would work for our home. Vey professional and willing to discuss pricing alternatives. Alex and Wyatt who did the installation were excellent. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the system. They were both very detailed oriented. Alex should be recognized for his service and follow up work related to our recent install. He showed up as expected with all add ons discussed during the initial installation. Again he was a pleasure to work with and focused on doing the job right the first time.

  Austin Knight and the entire team at NC Quality Plumbing & Air have been great to work with! With the recent cold weather, I had problems with busted pipes. They responded quickly & professionally & got the work done immediately & at a fair price! I’m keeping this number handy & would highly recommend their services!!
