I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! In July of 21' my Wife and I spent $21,085 to renovate our kitchen. To date, Granite Transformations has replaced the countertops on three separate occasions due to faulty craftsmanship, and the backsplash has been replaced three times as well for the same reason, in addition to defects with the tile. During the most recent countertop replacement, staff were dispatched by Granite Transformations to perform re-plumbing work on the third sink and to re-connect the gas stove for the third time. However shortly after this work was completed, we discovered a gas leak, which was traced back to a problem with the supply line connecting to the stove and located beneath the cabinet. Moreover, during the previous cabinet refacing, installers cut holes in the back of five of our cabinets and installed electrical receptacles. They said this was done to install the LED lights. We had existing wiring for the under the cabinet fluorescent lights which should have been used with a converter instead of ruining our cabinets. They also used double sided sticky tape to secure the LEDs to the bottom of the cabinet instead of using an LED track and diffuser as was appropriate. The lights continue to fall and look bad. We also have significant cabinet trim/finish issues that were not addressed and remain incomplete.
Despite multiple senior manager’s (Glen Palmer, Phillip Wolford, Paige Farlow, and Matt Farlow) apologies and assurances, our kitchen is still not complete, and looks terrible. The lack of professionalism shown by this company, as well as its overall lack of management in response to its customers, is unacceptable.
I have since reached out to Tara Thompson, (the local office manager) who requested emails from the previous Director of Operations and our last Project Manager, Glen Palmer (no longer with the company), which I provided. She told me that she would have a manager get back with me the following week. After not receiving a response for over 12 days, I reached back out to and asked for Glen Palmer’s boss. Jonathan Baldizon (Director of Operations out of Miami FL) responded the following day and requested additional information, which I also provided. He was then unresponsive for over 11 days before finally reaching out the day I contacted someone with the warranty department, where he offered an insulting amount of $1,200 towards reimbursement. I also reached out to Jim Gorsuch (GM at Granite Transformations), Leonard Harris (VP Franchise Operations) and left voicemails for them without response. The last person I spoke with was Lucretia Witt (Warranty/Customer Service Manager), who requested images of all the issues mentioned above, and were sent on 2/24/23. She responded 4 days later, 2/28/23 that she received the images and would follow up within the next two days. After not hearing back from Lucretia, I sent a follow-up email on 3/7/23 and have still not received a response. I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General who reached out on 3 separate occasions until finally Jonathan Baldizon responded, stating that he was only aware of the tiles cracking and that he offered $1,200 towards reimbursement. I provided the documentation again that was sent with 50 images showing cracked and chipped tiles, electrical outlets cut out and installed in the back of all of our upper cabinets, drilled holes through the shelves and bottoms of our cabinets with LED strips secured and falling off the bottom of our cabinets with double sided sticky tape, huge inconsistent grout lines, cabinetry trim issues where they failed to caulk and paint, and blacks spots showing up all throughout our solid white countertops. Save yourself the headache and your hard earned savings and look elsewhere. If you want pictures to prove it, message me and I'll be happy to send them so that you can avoid the same mistake we made! As of February 2024, we have received zero dollars in reimbursement and have continued to be ignored by Granite Transformations a Rocksolid Granite USA LLC company!

First, we are a repeat customer and didn't even call anyone else, because GT had done such a good job for us in the past. On this job, while the quality of the product and craftsmanship was very good, the communication after the signing the contract and paying the down payment was poor and frustrating. The job location was at our second home located about 15 miles from our house. We do not stay there all the time, so we had to make plans to be there. After setting the date to perform the installation, no one showed on the planned date and no one called. After we called, it was blamed on scheduling/staffing. The second date and time that was planned, no one showed and no one called again. When we called it was blamed on the product manager did not have the product ready. To make the situation more frustrating, since we were changing out the sink/faucet, we also had to schedule plumbers to perform that work. So we had to reschedule them also every time. Finally the third time they actually showed up. The on site installation crew was very courteous and cleaned up fairly well. Not sure if I would use again due to inconvenience of poor communication between office staff, production facility and with us.
