He struck me right away with his customer service and expertise and helped me find exactly the sample flooring I was looking for. Usually I don't pick the first contractor I meet with, but it was apparent to me after talking with all the others that this company was going to meet my needs. I got a quote based off of my un-exact measurements, and once he was able to come and measure himself, the quote turned out to be less! I now have enough experience with other contractors to realize many are horrible at communicating and leave the constant follow-up to the customer. Sonny made a point of checking in via email, text and phone, responded to all my questions and it was a relief to have someone guide me through the process. After the job was done, he gave me a discount for some slight marks the installation caused to a few of my walls that will be easy to paint over. He also made it easy and convenient to pay my bill. I have included some before and after pictures - LOVE the results!
