  This was the first annual maintenance of our HVAC. Jackson introduced himself and explained the maintenance process in detail including the benefits of the annual service program that we signed up for. Both he and Hunter were very polite and helpful answering some questions I had. When finished Jackson told me all went well and that I would get an email outlining all of the work performed and results. The experience from scheduling to completion was professional and I would highly recommend Dixon's.

  I sat down with 3 other HVAC companies and they all were very pushy with how great their company was and they will give me the best product. Each company took approximately 2 hours to give me quotes. When I sat down with Mr. James, Dixon’s hvac, he explained everything very well, he answered my questions and told me he will be sending me a quote. He did not waste my time, he was not pushy and was very thorough. He had the best price of all the other quotes I received. The install team, Mr. Jackson and Mr. Tz, were very nice and professional. They installed everything quickly and correctly. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them, I was impressed how smooth and professional they all were.

  I was very pleased with our Dixon’s service today on our HVAC systems! Hunter our technician explained what he was going to do, answered my questions and concerns. He’s a terrific professional and I’ll be asking for him to be our technician for every maintenance visit in the future. He’s a great representative of Dixon’s and a quality young man!

  Al arrived early and did an outstanding job addressing my concerns and quickly evaluating my entire HVAC system after long-term tenants moved out. He was pleasant and professional throughout.
