He walked me through all the common troubleshooting steps, quickly identified the issue, and got the system back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Great service and excellent customer support, especially on a weekend. Highly recommend.

I asked around and Dixon’s was recommended. Al from Dixon’s came out right away and was able to get my HVAC running and returned the next day to look for leaks. When I needed it serviced again, Al was determined to find the leak and spend the better part of a day until he found it and repaired it. Al is knowledgeable, punctual and communicates each step of the way. I could not speak more highly of Al and Dixon’s. Thank you!
